Airport Transfer

Arrival Transfer (Airport to Hotel) :

Our Company Representative will meet you on your arrival at the airport, whether international or domestic. Usually, representatives wait for clients either in the arrival lounge or just outside the passenger exit gate of the airport, as permitted by the airport authorities.

The Representative will be holding a Page Board with the name of the group/company/agency to which the passengers belong so that it becomes easy for them to identify him. He will take the group to the assigned coach where the driver and helper assist in loading the baggage.

As a special gesture, guests are welcomed by garlands.

An Arrival Transfer is inclusive of the following charges :

Parking at the Airport
Airport Entrance Fee for the Representative if permissible and applicable

Departure Transfer (Hotel to Airport) :

Our Company Representative will meet you at the hotel to assist you during check-out. He will take you to the airport in the chauffeur-driven car assigned for you and will see you off.

An Departure Transfer is inclusive of the following charges :

Parking at the Airport
Airport Entrance Fee for the Representative if permissible and applicable

For your information :

For International Flights the check-in time at the airport is as given below :

Economy Class Travellers	3 hours prior flight departure time
Business Class Travellers	1½ to 2 hours prior flight departure time

For Domestic Flights the check-in time at the airport is as given below :

Economy Class Travellers	2 hours prior flight departure time
Business Class Travellers	1 hour prior flight departure time
